It’s time. The journey has ended and we have completed the 30 Day Abs and More Challenge! I am so excited to show you my before and after photo as well as to discuss a few of the challenges and triumphs I faced along the way.

I may not have a six pack (which is perfectly fine with me), BUT my core is so much stronger and tighter.
Challenges: Drinking the gallon of water and green tea everyday. In addition, the weekends served to be challenging because I went to several food festivals and events (it’s the summer time, duuuuh.)
Triumphs: I was able to stay away from sweets and white rice the entire 30 days! 🙂 In addition, I was able to complete my cardio workouts 3-4 times a week just as planned.
So what did I learn from the challenge?
The main thing I want YOU to take away from my experience with the challenge is that if you stay focused and put in the work, you WILL see results. Take in mind that I was not perfect during the challenge. I made it a point to eat healthy on a regular basis, BUT I still had my “cheat days” and the results are still evident! No more depriving myself of certain foods, I just understand that I need to keep a healthy balance and exercise regularly.
My favorite snacks during the challenge included: Pretzel Crisps, Salsa, Cherries and Blueberries.
MY CHALLENGE: To keep it up and remain focused until I reach my ultimate goal of being in the best shape for myself!
