The response and support I received from my initial launch yesterday was AMAZING to say the least. The comments and emails were so encouraging– so much that I COULD NOT IGNORE one of the very first emails from someone asking me how they could “blast a little of unwanted belly fat” even with not having time to workout and often being exhausted. (Something I have struggled with many times!)
Although I would recommend cardio workouts as one of the number one ways of losing that unwanted belly fat, there are actually a lot of different foods that you can eat to help slim you out. Oatmeal, almonds and other nuts, protein powder (I like to put vanilla protein powder in my oatmeal and workout smoothies), olive oil, berries, beans and legumes (my favorite are black beans!), whole grain, lean meats, eggs, peanut butter, green vegetables avocado, green tea, and dairy (yogurt) are all great foods to eat to blast that belly fat.
IF you don’t feel like you have the time to have a complete workout, I would still try to squeeze in at least 20-30 minutes of some type of extra movement during your day, even something as simple as taking deep breaths at the red lights when driving in your car or parking further out from entrances so that you walk more. (Don’t laugh, it adds up and works!) Trust me, you may be exhausted now, but by making small changes like your diet (the way you eat) and just fitting in a little exercise here and there can boost your energy in no time.
Remember, I am not a personal trainer or a genius in the matter, but I do know what has and has not worked for me! I am a huge fan of research and finding out information for myself. Many times, Google is my best friend.
