I have recently hopped on the train of Clean Eating. Today I am going to share my top 5 favorite clean eating dinner recipes.
Clean Eating doesn’t follow a diet, it is about cooking foods from scratch, growing your food, and limiting things like eating out and buying fast food or packaged food from the grocery stores.
This is why it is a lifestyle, not a diet. You are changing your daily routine and habits to eat clean. The foods that you see in clean eating recipes are :

Clean Eating Dinner Recipe #1
Street Corn Chicken
Ingredients
.2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast (4-6 thin chicken breasts)
.3 cups sweet corn (2 cans, drained)
.1/4 cup mayonnaise
.1/4 cup sour cream
.1/2 tbsp lime juice
.1½ tsp chili powder
.1/2 tsp salt
.1/4 queso fresco
.1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
.1/2 tsp garlic powder
.1/4 cup cilantro chopped
This is one of my and my husband’s favorite clean-eating dinner recipes! You may be looking at this and wondering how is this meal clean.

My Clean Eating switches:
.lean chicken (cut off all fat)
.use fresh or frozen corn (not canned)
.make your own mayo or opt for an olive oil-based mayo
.use an organic sour cream
.use minced fresh garlic instead of garlic powder
Clean Eating Dinner Recipe #2
Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 medium chicken breasts about 1 pound 5 oz, see note if using precooked chicken
.salt
.4 large sweet potatoes or 8 small
.2 green onions thinly sliced, white and light green parts separated from dark green parts
.3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
.1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp. hot sauce like Frank’s RedHot
.1 Tbsp. ranch dressing
.1/2 tsp. garlic powder
.1/2 tsp. salt

.lean chicken (cut off fat)
.Himalayan pink salt
.locally grown sweet potatoes (support local farmers) (less chance of being grown with pesticides)
.fresh green onions
.olive oil-based mayo or make your own from scratch
.organic ranch dressing or make your own (the more things you make from scratch, the better)

Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan
Ingredients
.1-1.5 lbs chicken breast or boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into cubes
.1 red bell pepper
.1 orange bell pepper
.½ red onion cut into chunks
.1 cup pineapple chunks
.½ cup Primal Kitchen Foods Hawaiian BBQ Sauce + more for drizzling
.1 tbs avocado oil
.¼ tsp salt
.Juice of 1 lime
.Cilantro and white sesame seeds for garnish

.lean chicken (cut the fat off)
.fresh bell peppers( locally grown is best)
.fresh or frozen pineapple chunks (not canned)
Clean Eating Dinner Recipe #4
Shepards Pie
Ingredients
Mashed Potatoes
1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1/2 cup heavy cream (or half and half)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Meat Filling:
1 yellow onion (diced)
1 1/2 pounds of ground lamb (or ground beef)
2 tablespoons canola oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup tomato sauce
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon freshly chopped rosemary leaves
beef broth 1 cup (optional)
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup sweet peas (fresh or frozen)
1 medium carrot (grated)
1 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
Garnish:
Chopped green onion

.ground turkey or lean ground meat
.organic butter or ghee
.organic heavy cream
.olive oil instead of vegetable or canola
.organic cream cheese

Crockpot Pineapple Pork Loin
Ingredients
2-3 lb pork loin (trimmed of excess fat)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt and pepper
8 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 23.5-ounce can pineapple chunks with juice

.fresh or frozen pineapple chucks and juice
